At Bloesi, we are committed to providing you with products that deliver exceptional results. We stand by the quality of our products and suggest using them for at least 21 days to truly experience their benefits. If, after 21 days and within our 30-day money-back guarantee, you're not completely satisfied, please reach out to us at support@bloesi.com.

 

Cancellation Policy

Please note that any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order will have already entered the processing phase. If you do cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

 

Money Back Guarantee

We're confident in our Bloesi Red Light Therapy Glasses' promise. We encourage a minimum of 21 days of use to fully appreciate our product. If you're not satisfied after this period, you can return the items within our 30-day guarantee.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@bloesi.com within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number and reason for the return. All returns must be approved by our team before shipping the product back to us. Please include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address associated with the order for a swift process. Your return window starts on the day of delivery and absolutely no returns will be accepted outside of the return window. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged upon receipt. We do not reimburse shipping costs.

 

Returns for Unopened Products

We accept returns only for unopened products in their original packaging. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for a refund within 30 days of deliveryFor products covered by a money-back guarantee, you can return them even if they've been used. Just make sure it's within the guarantee period.

We are unable to accept returns of any open skincare product. Product must be unopened with the original packaging seal intact, and will be verified by photo. The return window starts on the day of delivery and absolutely no returns will be accepted outside of the return window.

 

Damaged Items Returns

Our packaging is designed to protect Bloesi products. An item is considered damaged if it's defective or physically broken. Packaging issues during transit, like dented boxes with the product intact, aren't deemed as damage.

If you receive a damaged item, inform us within 72 hours of delivery. Email support@bloesi.com with a clear photo of the damage. We'll assess and determine if a free replacement is warranted. We don't refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through regular use, wear, or misuse.

 

Shipping and Delivery

While we strive to deliver your order in a timely manner, we cannot be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays that are outside of our control, including those caused by the courier, customs, or other factors and issues that may occur during shipping. If you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

 

Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraudulent activity, we verify all billing and shipping addresses to ensure they match the information on file with the payment processor. We also monitor all transactions for suspicious activity and may request additional information from the customer to verify the transaction. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and notify the customer immediately.
